According to tabloids, Jennifer Aniston became engaged to boyfriend of one year, Justin Theroux, on Friday.
Theroux is a screen writer and has written several successful screen plays, “Iron Man 2″, “Rock of Ages” and “Tropic Thunder.”
Aniston rose to fame in the popular TV show, “Friends” and had many women copying her famous hairstyle during her reign on the show.
Aniston became popular tabloid material after her highly publicized divorce from actor Brad Pitt, her husband of five years. There was speculation that Pitt had been unfaithful to her and way too friendly with actress and co-star Angelina Jolie.
Other celebrities that Aniston has dated since her divorce are Vince Vaughn, John Mayer and possibly Gerard Butler.
A rumor that has surfaced over the last couple of days suggests that Jolie and Pitt plan to wed in the very near future although unconfirmed.
