Unfortunately, Demi Moore was hospitalized on Tuesday from reported substance abuse. A quote from her representative states, “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.”
TMZ.com cites sources who say that this isn’t Moore’s first time in rehab for substance abuse. While working on the movie St. Elmo’s Fire in the 1980′s, she was almost let go off of the project but she took the time in rehab and came back ready to work two weeks later.
