For those people, just a mere 15 minute brisk walk can prolong life. I have to admit, I sit too much and write on the computer. Either in the Mom’s blog here or for my work assignments. What do you guys think. Will this study motivate you to get outside and shake your Bootee or will you continue to sit? I am thinking of 15 now. Here is to good exercise for all of us!
